K. Vicknair has a broad range of professional interests utilizing the use of multiple laser instruments of different wavelengths to rid people of unwanted hair, facial wrinkles, facial sun damage, and leg veins.

K. Vicknair is a graduate from Baptist School of Nursing in Springdale in 1994 with a Diploma Degree in Nursing. A Phlebotomy Certification in was obtained 1995, as well as Critical Care training and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Laser Procedures were started after intense Laser training from the prestigious Lasertrolysis of Naples, a board certified Laser Training Institution. Laser training was then enhanced with special laser courses given by the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. The courses were taught by panel of physicians who perform more laser procedures than anyone in the world featuring Dr. Rox Anderson, the inventor of laser hair removal.
 
K. Vicknair is the majority owner of Arkansas Laser Solutions and serves as the Laser Nurse, Laser Safety Officer, the HIIPA Compliance Officer, as well as the OSHA Officer for the company. Arkansas Laser Solutions performs all the laser procedures for H. Daniel Atwood, M.D, FACS with the exception of full facial resurfacing. K. Vicknair was the first member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery in the Northwest Arkansas Area, and remains the only member in Fayetteville and the only person that has achieved "Fellow" status in Northwest Arkansas.

Present practice began in March of 2002. K. Vicknair is the majority owner of Arkansas Laser Solutions and serves as the Primary Laser Nurse, Laser Safety Officer, the HIIPA Compliance Officer, as well as the OSHA Officer for the company. K. Vicknair performs most the laser procedures for H. Daniel Atwood, M.D, FACS except full facial resurfacing.

K. Vicknair has wisely chosen Dr. H. Daniel Atwood to act as the Medical Director of Arkansas Laser Solutions. Dr. Atwood is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery, Breast Reconstruction & Laser Surgery.
